Treasurer’s Report:
2023 THOA Dues were due by April 1st. Please submit dues ASAP to avoid a late fee!
New Business:
Pool Opening Day is Set for Friday, May 19th!!!!!
Pool Maintenance – The board votes to approve updates to the pool, waiting on AquaMarine for scheduling. Will be ready before opening day.
Playground/Common Area Maintenance
Ordering new mulch from Bzak for the playground. (approved by board vote)
Tentative date of May 12-13 delivery.
We hope to have community volunteers come out again to help spread the mulch.
HOA Members will be assisting with mulch and putting up awnings so please come up and say hello.
Cutting back trees for child safety and visibility on the tennis court side of Barrington Circle.
Assessing the health of community areas with plans for future maintenance projects.
Beautification and Improvement Projects
Standardization of all locks at the pool, tennis court, and bathroom. Issue working keys to all THOA members, please come with the old key to the HOA meeting on May 18th to get the new key.
Research and purchase furniture for the kid’s pool area, Brian Purdy is spearheading. Waiting to hear from Watson’s.
Old Business:
Holiday decorations for Pool House.
Holiday decorations for Pool House acquired, thanks Murph for spearheading.
Met with Tall Oaks to discuss improvements to common area landscaping.
Added a large recycling bin to the pool area.
Added shower curtains to bathroom showers.
Added additional toddler swing to the swing set.
