Hot Topics:
- Shout out to Murph, Bridgett, Alex, and Mike for a great 4th of July Party
- Mulch Delivery set for 7/24 @ 11:30 AM, Volunteers Needed
- New fire extinguisher installed
- Social: Movie Night coming, an update is TBD, and more food trucks are in the works
- Cloudiness in the pool was inspected by Aquamarine and is a non-issue
Finances:
- Discussed budget hypotheticals for delineated operating cost vs reserve/capital budgets to project for the future
Old Business:
- Tennis court renovation complete
- Please help us protect our investment by only using the court for tennis and pickleball. Remind your young people that bikes, skateboards, scooters are strictly prohibited in the tennis court area. This will be critically important when the repairs are complete so that no damage is done to the court.
- Accessing filtration system, made repairs and is working well but will be a temporary solution. Reassess if problems come back.
New Business:
- Replacing diffuser plates on the bottom of the pool
- Tim is putting the finishing touch on updated forms to add to the website. Please remember to complete a form with your plans for HOA approval prior to beginning the project. Any questions – please ask. Will notify the HOA when the new forms are available.
- Watson’s is aware of furniture failures and is talking with the vendor for replacement, progress has been made since the last talk. Update with new info when received.
- Pool light parking lot side still having issues, Murph checking with the electrician who initially checked last year for more info.
Discussion items for July meeting:
- Watson’s furniture
- Discuss soliciting bids for the next pool maintenance contract
- Speak to Tall Oaks about the new grounds contract
