In Attendance: Jeff “Murph” Murphy, Kelley Schatzel, Mike Rozzo, Timothy Meyung, Andrew LaPorte

Treasurer’s Report:

· 2023 THOA Dues were due by April 1st. Please submit dues ASAP to avoid a late fee!

New Business:

· The pool is now open

· Pursuing long-term solution to pool access. Possible implementation of key card system.

· Pool Maintenance – Additional pool maintenance is needed as the pool ages. Board is working on fixing issues as they come up.

· Playground Mulch being sourced

· Assessing health of community areas with plan for future maintenance projects.

· Beautification and Improvement Projects

· Standardization of all locks at the pool, tennis court, and bathroom. Please test your key out on the pool and tennis courts, if your key does not work, please contact the THOA board to get a new key.

· Research and purchase furniture for the kid’s pool area, Brian Purdy is spearheading. Waiting to hear from Watson’s.

Old Business:

· Added a large recycling bin to the pool area.

· Added shower curtains to bathroom showers.

· Added additional toddler swing to the swing set.
